When is the GTA 6 release date?

Rockstar Games has set the release of Grand Theft Auto VI for 19 November 2026, after an earlier move from 2025 to May 2026 and then to November 2026. Release dates can still change, so check Rockstar's official channels for the latest word.

Which platforms will GTA 6 launch on?

GTA VI is confirmed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar has not announced a PC version or a PC date, so treat any PC date you see as a rumour until it is official.

How much will GTA 6 cost?

Rockstar has not announced a price. We will update this page when the price and the editions are official.

Grand Theft Auto VI is Rockstar Games' next main Grand Theft Auto game, set in the state of Leonida with a modern Vice City at its centre. Rockstar introduced the two lead characters, Lucia and Jason, in its first trailers, and the game is scheduled for 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
