LoLBoost respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users and sellers to do the same. Listings, images, descriptions, reviews and messages on lolboost.gg are partly provided by independent sellers and users. If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, please notify us as described below. We handle notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Digital Services Act and UK law.

1. Game publishers and trademarks

LoLBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Riot Games, Epic Games, Rockstar Games, Valve or any other game publisher. All game names, logos, artwork and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used on lolboost.gg only to identify the games our offers relate to.

2. How to submit a notice

Send your notice by email to [email protected] with the subject “DMCA Notice”. Please include:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work or other right you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on lolboost.gg where the content is located, so that we can find it.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. We review every complete notice promptly and remove or disable access to content that we find to be infringing. Where appropriate, we inform the user or seller who posted the content.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. It must include:

  • your full name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which LoLBoost may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We forward valid counter-notices to the person who filed the original notice. Unless they inform us within 10 business days that they have started legal proceedings, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat infringers

We suspend or close the accounts of users and sellers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

5. Misuse

Please make sure your notice is accurate. Knowingly false claims that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
