Got carried to Emerald as agreed, and his Hecarim performance was excellent — really strong mechanically. That said, a couple of issues: he mentioned customer-related stuff in champ select all-chat, which almost got the account exposed, so please be discreet about that. He also got tilted and spam-requested surrender a few times mid-game. Aside from those, no major problems. Solid skill, just needs to be more careful with chat and stay calmer.
